Prep Cook
Edson Hill | Full-Time | Approximately 9 AM–5 PM

Edson Hill is looking for a talented Prep Cook to join our amazing culinary team!
We’re a passionate, hard-working crew that takes great food seriously, but we also believe the kitchen should be a fun place to work. If you love being part of a team, take pride in your craft, and enjoy the energy of a busy kitchen, we’d love to meet you.
As a Prep Cook, you’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and helping our chefs create consistently excellent food from prep to plate.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow daily prep lists and recipes
- Wash, chop, portion, and prepare ingredients
- Assist with basic cooking and sauces
- Properly label, store, and stock ingredients
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary
- Support chefs and the culinary team wherever needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous prep cook or kitchen experience required
- Knowledge of basic cooking and food prep techniques
- Comfortable using knives and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication skills and a genuine team-player mentality
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and focused when the kitchen gets busy
