Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment
• Support students with special needs to ensure access to educational materials and class participation
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers and administrators
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch, recess, and field trips
• Collaborate with other educational professionals to address individual student needs
