Cleanroom Packager
Job Summary
The Cleanroom Packager is responsible for packaging products in a controlled cleanroom environment while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and contamination control standards. This role ensures products are handled, inspected, and packaged according to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Package products according to established work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cleanroom environment in compliance with GMP and ISO standards
- Follow proper gowning procedures and contamination control protocols at all times
- Accurately label, seal, and document packaged materials
- Complete production records, batch records, and required documentation
- Operate basic packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Report quality issues, deviations, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Support inventory control by tracking materials and finished goods
