Restaurant General Manager Requirements &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership</li>
<li>Current experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts</li>
<li>Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs</li>
<li>Full knowledge of P&amp;L, budgets, forecasts and cost control</li>
<li>Experience with training and mentoring</li>
<li>Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities</li>
<li>Servant and hands-on leadership style</li>
</ul>
Restaurant General Manager Requirements &amp; Qualifications:

<li>Past experience in a culinary role</li>
<li>Extensive wine knowledge</li>
<li>Experience working for an independent restaurant</li>
<li>Experience with Toast POS</li>
