Job DescriptionWarehouse Recycler
HW Staffing is seeking a reliable Warehouse Recycler to support warehouse operations by maintaining recycling areas, operating forklifts, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Bale cardboard and plastic recycling materials.
- Empty trash from designated warehouse areas.
- Load finished bales and scrap materials onto recycling trailers.
- Organize and transport pallets to designated locations.
- Assist with warehouse cleaning and audit preparation.
- Provide shipping department coverage as needed.
- Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
