Overview

Duties:-

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.

  • Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.

  • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.

  • Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installations and repairs.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Experience:-

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the HVAC/R industry.

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in property maintenance or service technician roles.

  • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.

  • Ability to operate vehicles for transporting equipment; valid driver's license preferred.

  • Experience in welding is advantageous for certain installation tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for successful performance in this role.

  • Rotating weekends

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:-

  • HVAC: 8 years (Required)

License/Certification:-

  • Driver's License (Required)

  • EPA Certification (Required)

  • Sheet Metal License (Preferred)
