Job DescriptionAdecco is assisting a local client in their search for a Client Order Specialist in Hardwick, Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers, coordinating orders, and supporting internal teams.

Position Summary
The Client Order Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and serving as a key point of contact for business customers. This role focuses on maintaining accurate order information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage customer orders received through multiple platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications via email
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Shipping, Sales, and Production, to resolve issues and support customer needs
  • Monitor order statuses and provide timely updates, including shipment tracking information
  • Investigate and resolve shipping concerns, delivery issues, and damaged shipments
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and internal records
  • Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order management process


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other standard business software applications

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
