Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, collaborative, and client-centered Outpatient Therapist to join our inclusive team. This is a full-time, fee-for-service position reporting to the Clinical Director. You will deliver affirming, evidence-based mental health care while being supported by a values-driven practice that celebrates diversity and believes when therapists are truly supported, they and their clients flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide culturally responsive individual therapy
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions adapted to client needs
- Respond to crises with empathy and prioritize safety
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Collaborate with external providers for coordinated care
- Participate in individual supervision and team collaboration
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and regulatory requirements
- Provide clients and families with the resources they need to reach treatment goals.
- Provide timely communication to clients
Scheduling:
Clinicians are required to offer flexible scheduling options that align with client availability and practice needs. This includes maintaining availability during late morning, afternoon, or evening hours. Typical schedules include 11-7 PM, 12-8 PM, 2-8 PM or 3-8 PM, depending on caseload, available office space, and clinician preference.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Experience with diverse populations and culturally competent care
- Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation
Preferred:
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
