Agawam Rehab &amp; Nursing Campus is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Positions are available at our individual Agawam facilities.
Pay
$39.00 - $41.50 per hour
Pay varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Shift differentials are available, with higher rates offered for certain benefit options.
Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and administer medications and treatments
</li>
<li>
Complete resident assessments and EHR documentation
</li>
<li>
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
</li>
<li>
Communicate with physicians and the care team
</li>
<li>
Work collaboratively with nursing staff to support resident care
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Active Massachusetts LPN license
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills
</li>
<li>
Long-term care experience preferred
</li>
