Currently seeking a Parts Specialist for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Brockton, MA.
Responsibilities of Parts Specialist:
-Accurately process sales transactions
-Assist customers to identify parts needed and complete purchases
-Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves
-Research and source parts through catalogs and online systems
-Manage special orders and communicate with customers on order updates
-Performed shipping and receiving tasks or new inventory and ordered parts
-Provide excellent customer service over multiple medias
-Complete additional tasks as needed to support team
Requirements of Parts Specialist:
-Previous experience in retail, parts, and/or automotive parts
-Excellent customer service skills
-Basic computer skills with familiarity with point-of-sale systems
-Superior verbal and written communication skills
-Able to multitask is a fast paced environment
-Comfortable work in a warehouse and retail environment
-Able to lift and move products
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $25.00-$35.00 based on experience
