Job Title: Part-Time School Psychologist Consent Assistance
Location: Springfield, MA
Position Type: Part-time, W2 (Contract)
ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a part-time contract position in Springfield, MA. This role will focus on assisting with consent forms and administrative tasks related to student evaluations and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure compliance with educational and psychological services.
Responsibilities:

Assist with obtaining and managing parental consents for evaluations and services

Communicate with parents and guardians to explain procedures and required documentation

Ensure all consent forms are properly completed and filed in compliance with school and state regulations

Collaborate with school staff and special education teams to facilitate student support services

Maintain accurate and confidential records

Provide additional administrative support related to student evaluations and services as needed
Requirements:

Active School Psychologist certification in Massachusetts
-
Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage paperwork efficiently and maintain confidentiality
