Mini Split Services Inc., a locally owned and growing HVAC company serving Worcester County, is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. We specialize in the installation, service, and maintenance of Mini Split systems for both residential and light commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain Mini Split (ductless) systems and related HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure efficient operation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain work performed and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time on site.
  • Assist with training apprentices and supporting team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Journeyman HVAC License (required).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Mini Split systems (Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, or similar).
  • EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
