📢 Job Opening: Dispensing Technician (Logistics Specialist III)

📍 Location: Portsmouth, NH (Onsite)

💲 Pay Rate: $24–$27/hr on W2

🕒 Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Rotating Days (Includes Every Other Weekend)

We are hiring a Dispensing Technician to support the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins (API) in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in structured settings and are passionate about quality, safety, and operational excellence.

🔬 Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense raw materials including liquids, powders (hazardous and non-hazardous), and acids/bases under cGMP conditions.
• Perform and monitor dispensing processes and accurate material weighs.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Execute process recipes and maintain individual training requirements.
• Conduct basic laboratory tasks such as pH testing, conductivity checks, and sampling.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Prepare materials for transport and manage material movement both physically and within software systems.
• Complete production documentation using written and electronic systems.
• Participate in safety inspections and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Attend shift exchanges, meetings, and support team projects as needed.

🧪 Work Environment:

• Class C cleanroom requiring gowning and PPE.
• Hands-on work with chemicals and regulated materials.

✅ Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of cGMP (or willingness to learn in a regulated environment).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures.
• Comfortable working in a laboratory or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
