Location: Based in Weymouth, MA — Servicing Eastern Massachusetts & Southern New Hampshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000 per year (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team based in Weymouth, MA. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Install and maintain equipment such as rooftop units, chillers, walk-in coolers/freezers, split systems, and control systems

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency

• Communicate with customers, dispatch, and fellow technicians professionally and clearly

• Maintain accurate service records and complete detailed job documentation

• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry regulations

• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service (with additional compensation)

✅ Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience servicing commercial/industrial HVACR systems

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (or ability to obtain)

• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration diagnostics

• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, etc.)
