Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as required for practice in schools
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred, CFY considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
  • Comfortable with technology for documentation and virtual services

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
  • Deliver services based on district and caseload preferences
  • Adapt to district and location requirements to maximize student access and outcomes
