Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on CNC Set Up Machinists on both 1st and 2nd shift! This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that specializes in precision manufacturing and is looking for experienced machinists with strong CNC Lathe experience. Position: CNC Set Up Machinist
Shift:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm | OT Available
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00pm – 11:30pm
Pay:
1st Shift: $28.00 – $45.00/hour depending on experience
2nd Shift: $28.00 – $51.75/hour depending on experience
Location: Milford, NH
Job Duties:
• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision machined components
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, machine adjustments, and first piece inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
• Utilize measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary process adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment while following company procedures
Requirements:
• Previous CNC Set Up Machinist experience required
• Strong experience with CNC Lathes preferred over mills
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Overtime flexibility preferred

Pay Details: $28.00 to $51.75 per hour
