Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, scheduling, and inventory operations. This role is responsible for coordinating equipment movement, managing transportation schedules, and supporting efficient logistics processes to meet customer and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate transportation logistics, including equipment deliveries, pickups, and transfers.
- Schedule vehicles and manage transportation plans to support customer and internal requirements.
- Develop efficient transportation schedules while optimizing costs and resources.
- Track inventory movements and support regular inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with equipment, fuel, and transfer coordination between locations.
- Coordinate inter-company equipment transportation and maintain required shipping documentation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and cost allocation documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update logistics systems with shipment and inventory information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve scheduling or transportation challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with inventory management, transportation systems, or ERP platforms is a plus.
