Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Med-Surg Telemetry – New Hampshire

Start Date: January 19, 2026

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day or night shift available, 1:4-5 patient ratio on days, 1:5 on nights. Every other weekend required. No on-call.

Highlights:

• 47-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit with moderate acuity patient population
• Specialized care for vascular and bariatric patients
• Supportive team environment with dedicated charge nurses, monitor techs, LNAs, and unit secretaries on every shift
• Modern equipment including Alaris Pumps, bladder scanners, and vein finders
• Sunrise EMR system
• Floating limited to other med-surg telemetry units only

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current telemetry experience required
• ACLS certification required
• Bariatric experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
