Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility Needed

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and treatment to patients with physical impairments or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical abilities

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

- Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Document all patient progress and treatment in a timely and accurate manner

- Stay updated on advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

- Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Flexibility to work weekends and possibly float to neighboring sites as needed

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $40-$43 per hour. Client also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
