Job Description

An entry-level Yard Laborer is needed to support our client's daily yard and warehouse operations. This role involves material handling, organizing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a safe, clean outdoor work environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Location: Bow, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials from trucks using a forklift or manual labor
  • Organize and stage materials for shipment or storage
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (if certified)
  • Maintain a clean and organized yard, including sweeping and debris removal
  • Assist with inventory counts and inspections
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Perform additional general labor duties as assigned



Qualifications

  • Prior forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic understanding of yard or warehouse operations
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role



Requirements

  • Steel toe shoes required
  • Pre-employment physical required
