Restaurant Manager – Growing Restaurant Group
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Bonus
A rapidly growing restaurant group is seeking an energetic, hands-on Restaurant Manager. We are looking for a hospitality-driven leader who enjoys developing employees, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting successful daily operations.
Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain high service standards
- Train, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Support scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Create a positive culture built around teamwork and accountability
Restaurant Floor Manager Requirements:
- Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial understanding of labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Hands-on, guest-focused management style
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe certification preferred
