Our client, a stable and growing organization with an international presence, is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support a diverse workforce and serve as the primary HR resource for a local facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a direct impact across all areas of human resources.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters
- Support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Administer payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR compliance activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training programs
- Assist with performance management, compensation planning, and workforce development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with operational leaders to support business objectives and employee engagement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms and timekeeping systems is a plus
