Key Responsibilities\n

- Develop, implement, and adjust patient-centered treatment plans based on individual assessments and therapeutic goals.
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary team members such as psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client sessions and treatment updates meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
