Minimum Requirements
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings post clinicals

Assignment Details
\n

- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Shift days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Open to 4x10 schedules
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- Assignment length: 13 to 26 weeks
- EMR: Raintree
- Pre-assignment requirement: completion of three HealthStream modules
