Job Overview

Fernandes Property Management LLC is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. We are a rapidly growing landscaping and property maintenance company serving the South Coast of Massachusetts with recurring lawn care clients. This position involves working outdoors as part of a small crew providing high quality lawn care and landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on residential and commercial properties.
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups including leaf removal and debris collection.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
• Load and unload equipment and materials from company trucks and trailers.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites at all times.
• Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with general landscape work including mulch installation, planting, and property maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment care such as cleaning tools and checking fuel levels.
• Work safely while following company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide quality service and represent the company professionally when interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
