TOWN MANAGER | TOWN OF WEATHERSFIELD, VERMONT
The Town of Weathersfield is preparing to recruit its next Town Manager—a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic municipal organization in a beautiful Windsor County community of approximately 3,000 residents. Working under the direction of the Selectboard, the Town Manager serves as the administrative head of Town government, overseeing municipal operations, personnel, budgeting, capital planning, purchasing, grants, facilities, and the implementation of Town policies. We are looking for a hands-on local government leader who is ready to make a meaningful difference in a community where leadership is visible, relationships matter, and there is an opportunity to help shape the Town's future.

Salary range $85,000-$105,000 (DOQ) with great pension (VMERS) and benefits, including a comprehensive health, dental and vision plan with lower-than-average employee premiums, as well as paid leave, including 13 holidays.
