Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Manage Stensul applications for program management
- Configure campaign targeting inputs and ensure accurate execution
- Manage end-to-end workflows from intake to deployment
- Validate targeting logic using SQL frameworks
- Execute QA testing including seed lists and stakeholder previews
- Reduce campaign errors through disciplined validation
- Coordinate approvals and manage escalation handling
- Maintain documentation and templates for repeatable workflows
- Contribute to process improvements in targeting, QA, and operations
- Partner with marketing and data teams for strategic program management
- Support program enablement and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
