We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Pricing product, working with Sales team
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- keep customers aware of latest developments
- Follow through on the point of sale up to delivery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business ( a plus )
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
