Make a difference every single day as a Bilingual 1:1 Paraprofessional, supporting student success in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position runs through June 2026, and centers on one-on-one academic and personal care assistance for a student, ensuring meaningful engagement and inclusion.

Primary duties involve providing individualized support—both academically and with personal care needs. You'll be counted on to foster a safe, positive experience, demonstrating empathy and cultural responsiveness for students who benefit from bilingual (Spanish/English) support. Your day runs from 7:20 AM to 3:10 PM, following a full-time schedule, perfect for those committed to consistency and impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized academic support under teacher direction
• Assist with personal care including bathroom needs (dressing/undressing, diaper changes, hygiene support)
• Promote safety and full participation across classroom activities and transitions
• Build trust and rapport with students, encouraging engagement and growth

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, plus at least ONE of the following:
  • Associate’s degree
  • 48+ college credits
  • Passing ParaPro or WorkKeys assessment
• Proven paraprofessional experience in a school setting
• Bilingual Spanish skills and cultural sensitivity required
• Confident with personal care responsibilities
• Reliable transportation and flexible in adapting to student needs
