HVAC Maintenance Worker – Education Facility
Location: Needham, MA

Overview:
A leading educational institution is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Worker to join their facilities team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HVAC experience and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Inspect, test, and calibrate pneumatic control systems and related equipment.
- Clean and maintain grills, ducts, shaftways, and filters in A/C and heating units.
- Perform preventative maintenance and document service records.
- Respond to emergency repair situations promptly.
- Maintain inventory and tools required for HVAC operations.
- Collaborate with other trades and demonstrate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration codes.
- Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Valid HVAC License
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
