What You’ll Do

Be the Face of Tech: You’ll support both residential and commercial clients, helping them set up new equipment and ensuring their fiber network is running at peak performance.

Solve the Puzzle: Diagnose and fix everything from network interruptions to malfunctioning hardware using specialized tools and your IT expertise.

Bridge the Gap: Provide friendly training and guidance to clients so they feel confident using their equipment.

Team Support: Work closely with our installation team to ensure a seamless "go-live" experience for every new customer.

Document Your Wins: Keep accurate records of the great work you do and the materials you use.
Who You Are

Tech-Savvy: You have a strong background in Computer Science or IT. You know your way around computers or 1's and 0's.

A Natural Problem-Solver: You take pride in finding the "why" behind a technical glitch and fixing it efficiently.

A Great Communicator: You can explain technical concepts in a way that’s easy to understand, all while maintaining a positive, calm attitude.
