Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external reporting packages for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze financial results and provide insights on key drivers, trends, and variances
- Support external audits by coordinating with auditors and preparing requested documentation
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls, processes, and efficiencies across finance operations
- Contribute to special projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred) or a combination of public accounting and industry experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and technical accounting concepts
- Experience with audit, financial statement preparation, and internal controls
- CPA designation (or active progress toward certification) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
