Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Agawam Rehab and Nursing | Agawam, MA $33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a PTA to join the rehab team at Agawam Rehab and Nursing. You'll help residents build on the work they do in therapy, guiding practice that supports safer movement and greater confidence in daily activities.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>
Provide treatment established by the supervising Physical Therapist
</li>
<li>
Help residents practice walking, transfers, balance, and strengthening exercises
</li>
<li>
Monitor responses to treatment and share observations with the PT
</li>
<li>
Document each visit and communicate with the care team
</li>
</ul>

Qualifications
