We have a live opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join a market leading Aerospace, Defence and Automotive component manufacturer in the West Springfield MA area.

Due to expansion and growth our client is actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quality Inspector to join their industry leading business. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for precision inspection of company components and in-coming materials ensuring conformity to all standards.

Responsibilities for the Quality Inspector:

• Perform daily in-process and final inspection of products.
• Understand and follow technical work instructions and quality procedures.
• Utilize various inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges.
• Use the company ERP system to update the inspection reports.
• Document and maintain inspection record inline with company quality standards.
• Support any new and ongoing capability studies.

Experience for the Quality Inspector:

• Confident ability in blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Able to use equipment including calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, etc.
• Previous experience within an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of two years in an inspection related position.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office.

Location and Pay for the Quality Inspector:

• West Springfield MA
• $30 - $35ph

This will be full-time, direct hire position for the successful Quality Inspector.
