Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage and lead our weatherization field crews. The right candidate will ensure all projects are completed safely, correctly, on time, and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret program requirements and scopes of work. Experience in weatherization is not required, but residential construction experience-especially with windows, siding, or envelope work-is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and support field crews to complete work efficiently and to standard.
Review project scopes, drawings, and program manuals to ensure compliance.
Oversee daily operations, including crew assignments, materials, and equipment.
Communicate clearly with office staff, auditors, and clients to track progress.
Perform quality control checks and ensure timely corrections when needed.
Be the first in the shop each morning and the last out each day to secure vehicles, materials, and tools.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Help drive company goals for productivity, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction crews (residential sector preferred).
Strong understanding of windows, siding, or general building envelope systems preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret project manuals and technical documents.
Valid driver's license required.
Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
