Your schedule will include select weekdays from July 6th through August 6th, rotating between a local high school and elementary school. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining a healthy environment and supporting student well-being during ESY sessions.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
- Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and school settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students and staff as needed during school hours
- Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions according to students’ care plans
- Respond efficiently to urgent health situations and emergencies
- Promote student safety and wellness throughout the school day
- Communicate with educators, parents, and allied health staff regarding student care and protocols
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure timely documentation
