Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in post-award GM
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Workday
- Advanced knowledge of federal and non-federal research funding regulations (NIH, DOD, foundations, etc.)
- Ability to manage finances for trials and internal programmatic funds
- Strong reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience supporting research at academic medical centers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with faculty, staff, and institutional stakeholders
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule required: 2 days/week onsite (open to conversation based on the tenure of this individual)
- Ability to work independently while managing cross-functional programs
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced research environment
