Position Summary
The DPV - Retail Merchandiser is responsible for executing in-store merchandising activities to maximize product visibility, availability, and sales across assigned accounts. This role ensures strong in-store execution, maintains product standards, and supports overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned retail locations
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, properly rotated, and organized
- Implement planograms and maintain compliance with company merchandising standards
- Set up and maintain promotional displays and point-of-sale (POS) materials
- Monitor and report out-of-stock items, pricing discrepancies, and in-store conditions
- Maintain accurate reporting of store visits and activities (e.g., photos, tasks completed)
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with store personnel
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service preferred
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or direct store delivery is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Additional Requirements
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Ability to travel to multiple store locations within assigned territory
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
