Sign on Bonus of $2000 (prorated for Part time)
Weekend shift differentials $3.00.
Salary is based on experience.

Qualifications of the Physical Therapist

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy

Current and in good standing discipline specific state license.

Preferred but not required - one (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long Term-Care
