Position: MFM Sonographer
Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MFM sonographer for part time:
Tuesdays: HVMA Chelmsford 7:30-4
3 Wednesdays a month: AJ MFM in Newburyport 7:30-4
Thursdays: HVMA Chelmsford 7:30-4
Fridays: HVMA Burlington 7:30-2
Credentials:
- RDMS in OB/GYN (Required)
- RDMS in Abdominal (Preferred)
- 3 years of experience post-RDMS (preferred)
- 2 years of OB/GYN experience
- 2 years minimum MFM experience
- Fetal echo experience (preferred)
- GE Voluson experience is a plus
- Experience working with Viewpoint reporting software is a plus
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Program
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations according to ordering physician?s requisition
- Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings
- Explain the procedures to patients in a friendly, comforting manner to ensure their understanding
- Uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards
- Continuing education to stay updated on advancements in sonography techniques
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and physicians
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
