SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Westwood, MA! Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Provide support with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Complete vaccination records preferred

Previous caregiving or home care experience is an advantage

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

Able to commit to assigned schedules and shifts
