Key Responsibilities Include:

  • - Onsite support and troubleshooting for business and manufacturing functions
  • - Setup and maintenance of user systems and local infrastructure
  • - Oversight of access control, security systems, and surveillance equipment
  • - Coordination of onboarding/offboarding and system access
  • - Support for Dynamics 365 and enterprise apps in collaboration with corporate IT
  • - Vendor coordination, SOP maintenance, audit support, and compliance

About You:

  • - 5–8+ years in IT support or systems administration (regulated or technical environment preferred)
  • - Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, active directory, networking, and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365)
  • - Comfort in a hands-on, onsite role supporting office, lab, production, and field-based users
  • - Ability to lift equipment (up to 25 lbs) and support occasional off-hours or on-call needs

What We Offer:

  • - Competitive pay and full benefits
  • - A purpose-driven environment focused on improving patient outcomes
  • - Exposure to regulated radiopharmaceutical infrastructure and IT systems
  • - Opportunities for development and system ownership at a growing site

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Full-time day shift with flexibility for off-hours or on-call needs.
• Requires ability to access mechanical areas and perform physical tasks (lift 25+ lbs).

Why Join Us?

  • • Help scale an innovative operation at the forefront of nuclear medicine.
  • • Lead mission-critical infrastructure and be part of a collaborative technical team.
  • • Enjoy competitive compensation, benefits, and development opportunities.
  • • Make a real impact in a purpose-driven organization: Contributing to Saving Lives.
