What we are looking for...
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting QST’s inspection process by reviewing, validating, and analyzing field inspection data to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and safety regulations. This role contributes to maintaining quality assurance across all inspections by ensuring data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Rapidly review and process inspection photos submitted from the field, ensuring all visible details are accurately captured.
- Apply QST’s detractor point system to identify, classify, and log issues directly into the inspection database.
- Ensure inspection records are complete, accurate, and consistent across systems.
- Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in data entry and image screening.
- Flag potential compliance or quality issues for supervisory review.
- Generate and maintain inspection logs and reports to support quality assurance tracking.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of QST’s quality and safety mission.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent such as the GED from an accredited educational institution.
- Learning Agility and ability to quickly come up to speed with new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of safety and compliance practices in telecommunications or related industries is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in quality assurance, data management, or a related field.
- One to two years of experience in data entry, quality control, or inspection support.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
