Job DescriptionBrook Valley Appliance has been the premier sales and service provider of hot tubs in Southern Vermont for the last 25 years. With our recent 6500 SF expansion dedicated to outdoor living and wellness products, we are looking to add a team manager to take our outdoor product offerings to the next level in sales and customer service, while also streamlining our hot tub maintenance and service offerings. The right candidate will have the ability to manage existing team members, maintain communication with new and existing customers and grow the business through professional sales and expansion into new wellness products. Prior experience in the outdoor living industry is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality with retail and/or customer service experience and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will also be competent in computer literacy, multi-tasking and staying organized in a busy work environment. Because of the retail sales component of this position, Saturdays are required.
