Job Description

The Scheduler will provide the guidance for the execution and optimization of production activities.

This role will report directly to the Production Manager. The successful candidate will be highly

organized and will carry overall responsibility for coordinating, planning and scheduling activities

to ensure on time delivery.

Responsibilities:

Provide direction and support for work-in-process on the manufacturing floor

with various departments, making sure priorities are known and delivered upon

in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to:

o Communicating important items to each department.

o Providing Raw materials list

o Daily work instructions/List

 Contribute as a team member of the ERP system implementation for Phase II

functionality.

 Work with Production Control Manager to ensure on-time delivery and establish

KPI’s.

 Coordinate the raw material requirements with the Material Handler and

Purchasing teams to ensure stock availability. This includes all Raw Materials

 Submitting purchase orders for approval to purchase raw materials and finished

goods

Qualifications:

 Must have the ability to quickly integrate with the production teams to become familiar

with the processes of the business.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective communication

with all levels of the company.

 Strong organizational and analytical skills.

 Must be safety minded and can identify and report risks if needed.

 Must exhibit good judgment, ingenuity, and personal as well as professional integrity.
