Our organization is actively seeking Licensed Clinicians to conduct a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Attleboro, MA. This position offers a competitive ramp stipend for those clinicians who can provide 30 or more hours of availability each week.

What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome:
- Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions each week.
- Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children, with our support.
- Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also enjoying teamwork.
- Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions.
- Strong character is essential; we value integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist license in Massachusetts.
- Applicants must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided.
Compensation
Compensation can reach up to $124,100, depending on the type and level of licensure, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.
