Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- The Facilities Technician maintains all 14 of our NSB facilities to provide an efficient and safe working environment for customers and employees.
- A successful individual will have knowledge in the areas of building systems; mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators. They will also be able to perform basic carpentry and maintenance functions.
- A dependable individual with excellent communication skills is desired to cultivate, manage, and maintain contractor and vendor relationships.
- This individual will be driving to various locations based on need and must be comfortable driving to all 14 of our locations in Chittenden County, Washington County, and Orange County.
- A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required as well as three to five years of related experience in construction or building maintenance.
