Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a CNA at a Leading Neurological Behavioral Facility!Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) seeking a meaningful career? We are looking for caring, professional, and attentive CNAs to join our team. Help provide high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions and behavioral health challenges in a supportive and dynamic environment.Looking for weekend baylor C N A, work Saturday and Sunday 2-12 hour shifts and get paid for 32 hours. 7a-7pmResponsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Monitor patient behavior and report changes to the nursing team.
- Help with mobility and physical therapy activities.
- Maintain patient records, documenting and behavioral observations.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with neurological or behavioral health patients.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with individuals facing unique challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
