Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals

  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, mobility, safety, and continued progress

  • Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary care team

  • Promote patient safety and functional independence

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

  • Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • New-graduate compensation will be determined based on relevant qualifications, skills, and experience
