Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment in Morrisville, Vermont. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and effective medication therapy across all patient populations
• Prepare and dispense medications, including IV admixtures and unit dose packaging
• Deliver clinical services such as medication therapy monitoring and dosing consultations
• Support medication safety initiatives and ensure full pliance with federal and state regulations
• Participate in administrative duties and support teaching and research efforts
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation within pharmacy systems
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Requirements:

• Active Vermont Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
• Strong proficiency in IV admixtures, unit dose distribution, and clinical pharmacy functions
• Must be self-motivated with excellent munication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience with CPSI / Evident systems preferred
